15 Point Inspection
Every piece of furniture that comes into our warehouse receives a 15-point inspection.
The inspection includes but is not limited to:
- A thorough cleaning of the product
- Replacement of any broken movable parts
- Finishing repair
- Cleaning joints
- Re-greasing friction points
- Fabric repair
- Stain removal
- Re-padding
- Tightening of fasteners and screws
- Disassembly of fragile or small pieces with re-packing
Once inspected, the furniture is identified, tagged, wrapped, crated and warehoused.
