If you’ve ever purchased previously owned furniture only to have it chip, peel, break or otherwise come apart without any recourse or remedy, take a closer look at C2C’s warranty services.
Guarantee: C2C will guarantee and replace any piece of furniture, anywhere in the contiguous United States, covered under our extended warranty program.
Simply call our customer service number and read the inventory sticker from the furniture. Or fill out our warranty claim form and fax it to: (972) 812-7288
For smaller items such as chairs or filing cabinets, we will have you ship the item to us for repair, and we will ship it back for your convenience.
For larger items, we will send a repair crew to your facility to determine the best course of action.
This type of warranty replacement service is only offered by C2C Office Furniture and is the only of it’s kind in the country.
Extended Warranties are sold as 1-, 2- or 3-year programs.
